Return Policy

Flow has strong confidence in the products we sell, however, if you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase, you have the ability to return the product to us for a replacement or refund. This request must be made within 90 days of the purchase date. 

If your request is after this time given, we cannot provide you with a refund. If your product is faulty or damaged, please visit the Flows guarantee page as you will be subject to the provisions placed on this page. You have a 2-year warranty on all devices.

If the device you want to return has been opened, you will be charged a resale fee of 20% of the purchase amount.

For orders made on the website please follow the next steps:

Contact our team via email: support@flowrecovery.com. Please specify the reason for the return and your order number. Once our team has accepted your request they will provide you with a Return Authorisation Form to be completed and returned with your item. Please note we do not cover the shipping costs for the returned product. Please retain the receipt with your tracking number in case of any lost or damaged packages by the carrier. Once your package has been accepted and processed you will receive your refund within 15 business days into the account the initial transaction was issued from.

The following products can apply for the 30-day return policy: 

Pro, Mini, Nano, AirFlow, Pulse. All accessories.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the products. 

If your return is approved, you will receive the refund and it will be credited back to the original card used for the payment. The funds will be in your banking account within 15 days, depending on your chosen method of purchase.
