Definitions 

“Flow, Us, Our, We” means Flow Recovery Limited 

“Our site and our website” means the site on which these terms and conditions are displayed. 

“You, Your, Customer” means the person accessing Flow’s site to make purchases from us

Before purchasing any products or services from Flow Recovery Ltd, please carefully read the terms listed below. These sales include but are not limited to the Pro, Mini, Nano, AirFlow, Pulse, memberships/ subscriptions, accessories, apparel, or any products offered by Flow. The person purchasing the product or service is required to have the right, authority and capacity to accept and agree to these terms of sale. 

These terms are only available in English.

No third parties have the right to enforce these terms. 

If you are a user of the product or service for which you are required to agree with our Terms and Conditions in order to purchase, be sure to read the provided information before you purchase. If you are purchasing for someone else and consent to the Terms of Use is required before purchasing the product, the recipient of the product will be required to review and agree to our Terms and Conditions before using the Product or the applicable Membership and related services. 

Ordering from us

Successfully placing an order on our website creates a legally binding contract between you and Flow Recovery Limited. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read and check your order carefully before finalising the purchase. If you need to correct or change any details regarding your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

A confirmation email sent after purchase will confirm that we have accepted your order and fulfilled your order.  

Pricing

The pricing of our products on our website are correct on the date of publication; we take great care to ensure the correct pricing are upheld, if in case there is an error in pricing, we will give you the option to continue with the purchase at the correct price or to cancel your order. Be aware that this may affect the delivery time initially given, and we will not process your order if no instructions have been given. If the pricing is an obvious mistake, we advise you not to go through with the order. 

We may change the prices of products, and changes in pricing will not amount to changes in your order after purchase. 

The prices given include VAT at the applicable rate the UK has granted. 

Payment 

We accept the following means of payment: Visa, Paypal, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. Your credit or debit card will only be charged when you confirm your order. The price of the goods is in pounds sterling (£) (GBP), includes VAT at the applicable rate in UK Law and it does not include the cost of delivering the goods.

We will do all that is reasonably possible to protect the information given to us when paying for goods and services by using secure payment methods. However, we cannot guarantee and are not legally responsible for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you give us. 

We often offer discounts and promo codes which will reduce the price of our products. 

Products

As a consumer, you are protected under The Consumer Rights Act 2015, in which all goods and services must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Flow continuously puts in a great effort by providing products in-house to ensure the highest quality and exceed expectations.    

The images on our website of products and services are for informative and illustrative purposes only. Although we make a great effort of accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the colours are accurately presented as your computer or phone displays may not reflect the actual colour; as a result, your products might be slightly different to what was expected. 

Although we have attempted to be as precise as possible, there is a 3% tolerance on all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions, and measures.

We make a conscious effort to keep our website up to date; however, the product packaging you receive may differ slightly from what is depicted on our website.

Availability

All products are subject to availability; the ability to purchase a product ordinarily means we have it available to send; however, we will inform you as soon as possible if the product you ordered is out of stock and not available to send. A refund will be provided. 

Consumer

You may only purchase products and services from Flow if you are over 18 years of age. 

We ensure that communication between Flow and the customer is efficiently and timely.  

Shipping/ Delivery 

Visit our delivery and shipping page before placing your order. 

When your order is made, your order will deliver in the duration of the time given; your estimated delivery date is provided before purchase via website and after purchase via email. We will send a dispatch confirmation email when your order is on its way and will be with you during the expected delivery time given. We guarantee to try our best to fulfil the delivery expectations above; however, you will be contacted with a revised delivery time if we do not meet the estimated delivery date. 

This could occur due to events that are out of our control. 

When the delivery is complete, the product or products delivered will be your responsibility. Once Flow has received complete payment, including all applicable delivery charges, you will own the products.

 There may be certain postcodes and addresses to which we cannot deliver our products; this would be established when you are in the checking out process. If you have any questions, please contact us. 

Unless agreed otherwise; if we cannot deliver your goods within the time given, we will let you know and present you with options on how we can resolve the issue. If your response is given, we will cancel your order and you will receive a refund.  

Return/ warranty policy

Faulty items: 

You are protected under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 for a refund on faulty goods for 30 days. Our confidence in our goods allows us to offer a 2-year guarantee on our products. We design our products in house to ensure continuous, high-quality performance. If a product breaks within the guarantee period, you will be covered for a replacement, provided proof is given, or the broken product is sent to our headquarters in Liverpool. We will also accept refunds up to 30 days after your purchase date. Please contact us if needed. 

The right to cancel/refund non-faulty items: 

You have the right to cancel the contract/order created with 1 day without reason. To exercise this right, you are required to inform us of your decision to cancel. 

If you are unsatisfied with your product, we will accept returns up to 30 days after your purchase date.

Reimbursement of funds:

If you cancel your order or successfully request a refund, we will reimburse all funds received from you, including the costs of delivery which will be received no later than 14 days. When proof of postage is provided, we will process your refund. 

We will make the reimbursement using the same form of payment you used in the initial transaction unless you have informed us otherwise. 

For returning goods, you will need to return the goods in their original packaging, ensuring that you obtain proof of postage and have taken reasonable care to secure the goods to prevent any damage. 

If we do not receive the package and have proof of postage, you will not be reimbursed. 

If you did not take reasonable care to prevent damage whilst packaging your order, be aware that we might not be able to refund the total purchase price. In other words; If the loss of value of any goods results from mishandling on your part, you may make a deduction from the reimbursement.

Limit on our responsibility 

Except for any legal responsibility we cannot exclude in law, we are not legally responsible for losses that were not foreseeable to you, us or to the reasonable person in our position when the contract was formed. We are also not responsible for losses that were not caused by any breach of our part. 

Disputes

We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently as possibly reasonable to do so. If you are not happy with any matter regarding the goods or services, the customer service provided, other any other matter, please contact us. 

If we are unable to resolve a dispute, we will inform you and consider the need for professional assistance, as well as provide you with information on alternative dispute resolution providers that we deem are appropriate.
