TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please contact support, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS: There is a short period of time after an order has been set to make any changes. Usually, we will ship your order the same day for orders made by 12pm - however, we are always happy to accommodate any changes when it is possible to do so. Please don't hesitate to contact us.

PROCESSING TIME: We aim to ship all orders made by 12pm the same day - meaning customers generally receive them within 2-3 days of ordering. We use a trackable shipping service, with details supplied to you once we have shipped your order to the email address on your order.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED: A signature may be required with the delivery of your purchase. Before you sign, you should ensure that the package does not have any abnormal damage.
